Torture on minor maid

On submission of report by Registrar Islamabad High Court on Thursday regarding torture on minor maid servant working in the house of a judicial officer, Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has fixed the matter in Court on Friday (today). Notices have been issued to Advocate General, Islamabad, DIG and SSP, Islamabad, to appear alongwith relevant record and ensure production of the victim minor and her parents and relatives mentioned in record, says a press release issued here.
A notice has also been issued for attendance of accused Maheen Zafar while D&SJ Islamabad West has been directed to ensure production of record and proceedings of the case.-PR
