Pakistani flag was hoisted in Indian state of Assam on Wednesday creating palpable tensions. The flag was unfurled in Assam's Dibrugarh area. Separatist movements operating in the state aim at ridding people from the atrocities and oppression of India. Local police say that the flag was hoisted by two men belonging to a separatist party and have been taken into custody.
