The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) on Wednesday checked different bakeries and restaurants in the provincial metropolis and issued warning to 53 food outlets. PFA instructed them to obtain a license from the Authority in next 10 days or be ready to face sealing of the premises. While the field teams also imposed fine of Rs 92,000 collectively on different food outlets and it also sealed Irfan Bakery in Harbanspura on grave violations of health conditions.
