Metro Securities Pvt Limited intends to acquire 60 percent ordinary shares of Linde Pakistan Limited. According to material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange on Tuesday, Metro Securities and/or persons acting in concert, hereby submit its public announcement of intention to 15,023,232 ordinary shares of Linde Pakistan Limited constituting approximately 60 percent of the total issued and paid up share capital of the target company. The public announcement is subject to grant of regulatory approvals. Ismail Iqbal Securities Pvt Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the offer by the Acquires, the material information said.
