Mine owner Zakir Hussain of Mohmand tribal region has blamed political administration (PA) of illegally transferring ownership documents of his chromites mine to another man from the same area and demanded of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zaffar Jhagra to retrieve his mine. Similarly, a local cleric Mulvi Lal Badshah also accused a former Assistant Political Agent (APA) of the Mohmand tribal region of transferring his land property to another Habib-ur-Rahman of Bajaur Agency without any court trial.
Speaking at a joint press conference both the complainants accused a former APA Muhammad Naeem of allotting land properties of local people to his own friends without any litigation, saying that governor should order probe into the matters. "I was forced to sign a document but on my refusal the administration sent me behind bars in 2013," he alleged and said that a group of influential elders including Malik Izat Khan of Ambar, Malik Lal Zada, Haji Niazbin Khan, Hazrat Gul, Imam Gul had taken possession of his chromites mine through fake documents.
Mr. Hussain said that the influential people were busy in excavation and transportation of chromites from the mines and the concerned authorities were least bothered to take notice of his complaints. He demanded of federal government to conduct probe into the matter through FIA and National Accountability Bureau and stop excavation till final decision.
Mulvi Lal Badshah also demanded inquiry into allotment of his land property and action against those involved in preparation of fake ownership documents. "I am not allowed to cultivate my fertile agriculture land as the APA Naeem had given ownership rights to some other people in 2014," he said.
