Winds may blow over coastal areas in next 24 hours

The Met Office on Friday said that gusty winds are likely to blow over the coastal areas of Sindh including Karachi in the next 24 hours. It said that more rain-thunderstorm (with light snowfall over the hills) with gusty winds is expected at scattered places in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan while at isolated places in Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad divisions and Islamabad a few hailstorms may occur during the period. Cold and dry/dust raising winds are likely to blow in Sindh and Balochistan. Minimum temperature was recorded minus 3 in Astore while Kalam, Gupis, Murree, Bagrote, Hunza and Kalat minus 2 each, in the last 24 hours.
