Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that PML-N government is utilizing all available resources for the welfare of people. Talking to a party delegation here on Monday, Shahbaz said the national economy of Pakistan has been strengthened as a result of holistic economic policies. Leading international bodies are also openly recognising this economic progress of Pakistan, he added.
He said that billions of rupees have been saved by ensuring transparency in development projects, and added that decrease in corruption in Pakistan has been acknowledged by the world. Shahbaz said interest of the public is always protected and all promises made in 2013 will be fulfilled. Moreover, Punjab Chief Minister has taken notice of murder of Pakistan People's Party worker Sohail Butt in the Manawan area of Lahore. The chief minister has sought a report from Capital City Police Officer Lahore about the incident and directed to arrest the culprits.
