64 dangerous U turns shut down on national highway: DIG NH&MP

National Highways & Motorway Police DIG Mirza Faran Baig has said 64 improper and dangerous U turns have completely shut down on the national highway in last year. In the area of Sector Okara, 33 in Sector Multan, 28 in Sector Rahim Yar Khan, 03 U turns have been closed by Motorway Police Central Zone adopting the policy of zero tolerance. The NH&MP has closed the U turn in the area of Lahore, Manga Mandi, Pattoki, Okara, Sahiwal, Chichawatni, Mian Chanu, Khanewal, Multan, Basti Malook, Lodhran, Bhawalpur, Ahmed Pur East, Rahim Yar Khan and Sadiqabad.
