The Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI)'s Hajj-2017 balloting ceremony was held in which two of KCCI employees were selected to perform Hajj this year on KCCI's expense. KCCI Hajj Balloting ceremony was presided over by President KCCI, Shamim Ahmed Firpo, whereas Senior Vice President KCCI, Asif Nisar, Vice President KCCI, Muhammad Younus Soomro, KCCI Managing Committee and staff members were also present on the occasion.
According to balloting results, Ms. Nida Aman, Secretary Event Management KCCI and Abbas Ali, Peon at the Karachi Chamber will be performing Hajj this year. Congratulating the employees, President KCCI Shamim Ahmed Firpo said that Karachi Chamber has been regularly sending its employees to the holy land every year via balloting so that everyone could get the opportunity of performing the mandatory religious obligation of Hajj. He added that for the very first time, all contract employees' names have also been included in the Hajj balloting. He asked KCCI employees, who qualified in the balloting, to remember BMG leadership, KCCI Office Bearers, colleagues and the entire Muslim Ummah in their prayers and also pray for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan.-PR
