A launching ceremony of electronic version of the monthly newsletter regarding activities of Boy Scouts Association Punjab (BSAP) was held here on Tuesday at Civil Secretariat, Lahore. Additional Chief Secretary Punjab Shamail Ahmad Khawaja, who happens to be provincial commissioner of the BSAP, presided over the ceremony and launched the e-newsletter by pressing the key.
