Kashmiris observe Black Day against Indian occupation today
Kashmiris are observing Black Day on Saturday against the atrocities of India and against the illegal occupation of the region by India.
A complete shutdown is being observed in both sides of the Line of Control while traffic is off the road. The authorities have deployed Indian forces in major towns to prevent people from holding any anti-India protest.
According to Kashmir Media Service, call for the shutdown has been given by the Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Muhammad Yasin Malik and supported by other pro-freedom organizations.
People on Twitter are also observing Black Day to show their solidarity with the Kashmiris.
Kashmir - your struggle and sacrifices will be written in golden words. You people have truly proved that Janoon se, Ishq se milti hy - Azadi.
May Allah bless you all with freedom!#KashmirBleeds #BlackDay pic.twitter.com/zle1bUJv5f— ReviewBuddy (@ReviewBuddyy) October 27, 2018
