A lawyer has approached the Lahore High Court seeking an order for an investigation into an alleged offer of rupees ten billion that someone purportedly made to Imran Khan for abandoning his stance in relation to the Panama papers issue. A bar member Ghazi Ilmuddin pleaded that although the Sharif family has been denying the allegation, Imran Khan insist that he was offered a Rs 10 billion bribe. The petitioner therefore prayed to the court to order an inquiry into the allegations of alleged offer.
