Pictures: Wedding festivities begin for Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh
The most anticipated Bollywood wedding of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh is only two weeks away and the actress has already put her ‘bride mode’ on, as the wedding festivities have already begun.
The couple is leaving no stone unturned to make their big day a special one. A celebrity hairstylist Gabriel Georgiou posted on Friday a picture of Deepika, in which the actress is seen performing the first religious ritual to mark the beginning of her new chapter.
The actress looks ethereal in simple Indian traditional dress.
Dubbed as the Deepveer wedding by fans, this will be the wedding of the year. The two of them will tie the knot in mid-November after being together for six years now. They will be getting married on November 14 and 15 at Lake Como in Italy.
As for their guest list, the couple has kept it very short. It includes just four people from B-town, Shah Rukh Khan, Farah Khan, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Arjun Kapoor, who are extremely close to them. Ranveer and Deepika will later host a grand reception party in Mumbai for all their friends from the industry.
Moreover, the couple’s wedding will be colour coordinated. Not only their families, but even the waiters have been requested to follow the colour scheme of the day.
