LHC seeks more arguments in plea against PCTB

The Lahore High Court on Monday sought more arguments in a petition against Punjab Curriculum Text Book Board (PCTB) for awarding contract to its own agencies excluding the petitioner and other publishers from publication of textbooks of class V, VI, and VII. The petitioner, Ali Brothers, through their counsel Sheraz Zaka said that by awarding contract to its own agencies, the private publishers have been excluded from publishing textbooks of class V, VI, and VII.
