Headmistress among eight teachers was suspended for keeping the school closed on the occasion of public gathering of leader of a political party. According to details, on May 6, during the meeting of leader of ruling Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N), a government school near the venue of the meeting was closed on the day. Executive Director Officer (EDO) Education, Nisar Khan said that the Provincial Education Minister, Atif Khan taking notice directed to suspend the headmistress and seven teachers for taking decision of closing the school on their own.
