The Lahore High Court (LHC) Monday reserved its verdict on a petition seeking an inquiry into privatisation of Muslim Commercial Bank by National Accountability Bureau (NAB). Mian Mansha and others had filed petitions, saying that privatisation of MCB was done in accordance with law. They had challenged investigation of the alleged scandal through NAB. They said that NAB had no powers to hold inquiry after 10 years of privatisation.
