Advisor to the Prime Minister Amir Muqam on Wednesday said Bahrain, Kalam, Chakdara and Fatehpur roads would usher a new era of prosperity in the Malakand division, besides promoting tourism. Inaugurating a 23km road, with 23 overhead bridges, he said Rs 11 billion were spent on the project. Amir Muqam said the PML-N, under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, is actually contributing in socio-economic development of the country.
He said the PML-N believes in practical work, not hallow slogans. He directed NHA to timely complete the project at international standard so that the people from other parts of the country could visit this tourism resort. Amir Muqam criticised the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's agenda for change, saying that the PTI's cosmetic changes won't last for more than a day. Amir Muqam said that PTI chairman Imran Khan has deceived the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where not an iota of change has been witnessed in the past four-and-a-half years.
