Milk shop sealed inadvertently

Three workers were stranded inside when the excise department officials 'wrongly' sealed a milk shop over non-payment of taxes near Nawa Sheher Chowk, Multan in the early hours of Saturday. According to sources, the milk shop owner had paid the taxes. They added it was the owner of the neighbouring shop, of a property dealer, who was defaulting on a tax of Rs 20,000. The boys inside were locked since 5am, when the shop was sealed and their father appealed the people to get them out.
