The newly designed SMS system known as Police Access Service (PAS) was launched in D.I. Khan on Wednesday to address public complaints promptly. Regional Police Officer (RPO) Syed Fida Hassan Shah unveiled the plaque here in a ceremony to launch the service attended by police officers, media persons, traders, leaders of different political parties and social activists. He said the initiative would help win over public trust by having enhanced access to police through prompt and timely redressal of public complaints.
