This is apropos a Business Recorder op-ed "Unnecessary controversies" carried by the newspaper yesterday. The writer, Saida Fazal, has made a valid point by pointing out "the picture in question shows the PM's son seated in a comfortable chair. Sitting on a table by his side are a pen, a notepad and a box of tissue papers. By Pakistani standards, this is an exceptionally civilized setting for someone undergoing criminal investigations to be in".
That the sons of Prime Minister are not being subjected to any shabby treatment is a fact that has found its best expression from the picture itself. According to reports, however, Hussain Nawaz has urged the apex court to order an inquiry into the photo leak. The question, however, is: What does he want to achieve through an inquiry?
