Court issues non-bailable warrants of power thieves

HYDERABAD: The 7th Additional Sessions Judge Hyderabad Wednesday issued non-bailable warrants of three power thieves and directed them to appear before the court on Thursday.

The judge issued the non-bail able warrants to Muhammad Saeed s/o Jan Muhammad r/o B-29 Effendi Town, Muhammad Akram s/o Riazuddin r/o A-I Gulshan-e-Qadeer Islamabad Hyderabad and Sultan Bhatti s/o Ghulam Muhammad Bhatti r/o Plot No-85 Tando Agha on the charges of power theft against them.

The judge ordered Phuleli Police to book the persons against whom non-bail warrants have been issued and produce them before the court if the accused fail to voluntarily appear for requesting grant of bail.
