Advisor to Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) provincial president, Engr Amir Muqam said that the masses can not be deceived again on pretext of change, and they would reject this time, those people in the upcoming general elections which were against development and progress of the country, he added.
Amir Muqam said PTI led provincial government had miserable failed to implement its change agenda in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said that PML-N had taken practical steps to give maximum relief to the masses and the steer the country out from the current crisis situation.
He was addressing a PML-N Women Convention here on Sunday. On the occasion, the party women wing president MNA Tahira Bokhari, MPA Sobia Khan, besides a large number of women activists and workers were present. Amir Muqam said that people would not allow bringing back current radiant and prosperous Pakistan at previous 2013 situation. He said that the creating hurdles in path of development were also terrorism. He alleged that those weakening the country are friends and supporters of Nerendra Modi.
He said that process of development under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, will continue in the country. He said the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a gift of PML-N government for the people of the country, which will bring radian future for the next generations.
Muqam said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will soon inaugurate Rs 400 billion development projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. While, he said, those raised tall claims under grab of change, didn't nothing for people of the province. He added that heads of provincial institutions have also shown dissatisfaction over inability of the incumbent government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
There should be constituted a Joint Investigate Team (JIT) to probe massive corruption in KP," Muqam said. He called the PTI chairman Imran Khan as king of offshore companies, saying that name of number of people, including Imran Khan also include in offshore companies. He added the legal action should be taken against them.
He said Imran Khan against the development and progress of the country, and want to push it into the darkness. But, he said PM Nawaz Sharif is striving hard to make a brighter future and pull the country out from the current scenario. "Imran Khan should be careful, as he is working under what kind of agenda in the country", Mr Muqam asked. He said Imran Niaz and his group didn't digest the development of the country. He asked them that PML-N government is committed to implement its vision and development agenda either by hook and crook.
Amir Muqam said the country can not afford further dharas 'sit-ins' as masses are know well-aware that Imran Khan under guise of Panama leaks issue wanted to implement another agenda in the country. He said those people standing right and left with Imran Khan should be held accountable as well.
Criticising the PTI-led provincial government, PML-N leader said the corurption is rampant in provincial government institutions. On the occasion, the women wing president, MNA Tahira Bokhari, MPA Sobai Khan and other also spoke. They reposed confidence over the leadership of Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif and paid great support to his daughter Maryam Nawaz for his courage and steadfastness in appearance in the proceedings in JIT regarding Panama leaks issue.
