FIA arrests accused involved in Hundi trade

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested a person involved in Hundi business in the area of Shah Alam Market the other day. A heavy amount of local and foreign currency was recovered from his possession during the raid.
Director FIA, Dr Usman, said the raid has been conducted under the National Action Plan. The FIA has arrested one Zia Ullah from the walled city area. He was involved in smuggling currency illegally to Dubai, Iran and Afghanistan and other countries. The FIA has lodged an FIR against him and started investigations.
