Trailer out: Fans root for Sara Ali Khan in her debut movie ‘Kedarnath’
The trailer of Sara Ali Khan’s debut movie ‘Kedarnath’ is out and fans are excited to see Saif Ali Khan’s daughter, proving her mettle in Bollywood. Sara looks promising in a unique love saga alongside Sushant Singh Rajput.
The teaser of the film, that released a couple of days ago, has been received really well by the audiences and today, the makers have finally released the film's trailer.
Set against the backdrop of the Uttarakhand floods of 2013, the film is a love story between a Muslim boy and a Hindu girl.
The tagline of the film reads: "Love is a pilgrimage", and it is evident that ‘Kedarnath’ is a passionate love story. It is a fictional tale of love blossoming between two individuals in the backdrop of destructive floods.
Sushant plays a role of a Muslim porter who ferries pilgrims on his back to the main temple in the 14 km long pilgrimage of Kedarnath. He is all hearts for the pilgrims and goes to any extent to help them. Sara Ali Khan, who plays a young Hindu girl Mukku, falls in love with this porter but their relationship doesn’t get the approval of her parents. It’s then that she prays for a calamity to hit the holy shrine.
Fans reactions have been pouring in and many have been applauding Sara Ali Khan's acting in the movie.
The movie will hit theatres on December 7.
