The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has issued a list of institutions approved by it to offer training course to the personnel and sales force of General/Family Takaful Operators/Window Takaful Operators. According to details released by the SECP, institutes approved by the commission to offer training course to the managerial level personnel and sales force of General/Family Takaful Operators/Window Takaful Operators are Center for Excellence in Islamic Finance, Institute of Management Sciences and Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (formerly Institute of Capital Markets).
The institutes approved by the Commission to offer in-house training to managerial level personnel and sales force of General/Family Takaful Operators/Window Takaful Operators include: Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited; EFU Life Assurance Limited; Alfalah Insurance Company Limited (Window Takaful Operations); Pak Qatar General Takaful Company Limited; Pak Qatar Family Takaful Company Limited; Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited (Window Takaful Operations); and EFU General Insurance Limited Window Takaful Operations.
The institutes approved by the Commission to offer foundation course for life and non-life insurance agents included Pakistan Insurance Institute, Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan (formerly Institute of Capital Markets), EFU General Insurance Limited and Jubilee Life Insurance Company Limited.
