The Controller of Examinations Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Hyderabad on Saturday announced the results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-II Science and General Groups Annual Examinations 2017. According to announcement, Cadet Arsalan Khan s/o Mukhtiar Ahmed and Cadet Habibullah s/o Allah Bux of Cadet College Petaro have secured first and second positions respectively in the science group examinations while Muskan d/o Ramesh Kumar of Comprehensive Grammar High School Tando Ghulam Ali Matli has clinched third position in the examination.
A total of 63914 candidates including 23695 female candidates appeared in the examinations of them 51715 have been declared pass in different grades. Among the successful candidates, 2847 have been declared pass with A-I Grade marks, 16045 with A Grade Marks, 19076 with B Grade Marks, 11306 with C Grade marks and 2409 have been declared pass with D Grade marks. A total of 11643 male and female candidates have been declared fail in different subjects while the results of 246 candidates have been withheld on charge of cheating in the examinations and the results of 307 candidates have been withheld by the conduct branch for different reasons. In General Group annual examinations, Sultan Ali s/o Gul Muhammad of Government Boys High School Gharo Thatta has clinched first position while Naseer Ali Shah s/o Nazir Shah of Government High School Ghulam Muhammad Panjabi Nawabshah and Zubeda d/o Muhammad Younis of Government Girls High School No-II Badin bagged second and third positions respectively in the examinations.
A total of 2143 male and female candidates appeared in the examinations of them 1618 have been declared pass and 340 candidates have failed in different subjects. The results of 40 candidates have been withheld on charge of cheating in the examinations while the results of 135 candidates have been withheld by the conduct branch for different reasons.
