After exchanging rings and mehendi, Ranveer-Deepika set to tie knot today
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who are all set to get married today in Italy, have already exchanged rings and celebrated the mehendi and sangeet ceremony on Tuesday.
Singer Harshdeep Kaur, who performed on their mehendi ceremony, shared the first picture from the much anticipated wedding of Deepika and Ranveer in Italy’s Lake Como. Calling the day beautiful, Harshdeep shared a picture of herself in a lehenga as she posed beside the lake near the wedding venue.
However, she later deleted the picture as Deepika and Ranveer have barred all mentions or pictures of their wedding on social media.

Some information about the ceremonies is finally trickling out. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the couple got formally engaged on Monday, with just 40 people in attendance, including close family and friends. On Tuesday, two more ceremonies were held—mehendi in the morning and sangeet in the evening.
Ranveer reportedly made a dramatic entry, dancing to his song, Tune Maari Entriyan from his film Gunday, while Harshdeep sang a number of songs such as Mehndi Ni Mehndi, Dholak, Kala Shah Kala and Mehendi Hai Rachney Wali.
Through the ceremonies, Deepika was reportedly seen tearing up even as Ranveer comforted her. Pinkvilla quoting a guest saying, “Shubha Mudgal was performing a thumri when Deepika got emotional and was in tears. When she broke down, Ranveer, who could understand her emotional state, walked up to her and hugged her tight and consoled his lady love. He ensured she was smiling again with all his crazy love antics.”
After dating for six year, the star couple will tie knot today in an intimate ceremony. The couple is expected to host a private dinner on Thursday evening, before they fly out of Lake Como. They will host a big wedding reception in Mumbai on November 28.
