On Tuesday at Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited, the total traded value of Metals, Energy and COTS/FX was recorded at PKR 4.691billion and the number of lots traded was 10,926. PMEX Commodity Index closed at 2,955. Major business was contributed by gold amounting to PKR 2.400 billion, followed by currencies through COTS PKR 1.287 billion, WTI crude oil PKR 512.957 million, silver PKR 260.272 million, platinum PKR 150.159 million, Brent crude oil PKR 40.938 million, natural gas PKR 19.882 million and copper PKR 18.914 million.
