The Sindh High Court (SHC) remarked on Tuesday that Hajj flights should be carried out without any hindrance. The SHC bench, headed by Justice Munib Akhtar was hearing the Regular Public Transport (RPT) license case between Shaheen Air International (SAI) and Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). During the hearing, the judges remarked that they want to ensure that Hajj flights which are being carried out by the Shaheen Air should not be disturbed in any manner.
While adjourning the case till Sep 14, the court also extended its order that was passed earlier suspending requirement for applying for fresh RPT on basis of Rule 182 of civil aviation rules, for allowing Hajj flights and for non-interruption by CAA of all flight operations.
