Awaz Group has emerged victorious in the annual elections 2017-18 of the Pakistan Flour Mills Association (PFMA) as no one submitted nomination papers against its candidates. Nevertheless, formal announcement of the victorious candidates will be made on September 28, 2017. Habib-ur-Rehman Leghari, Malik Mumtaz Hussain, Malik Muhammad Hafeez and Salman Hamid submitted their candidature in Associate class while Chaudhry Abdul Jabbar, Hafiz Ahmad Qadir, Muhammad Nawaz Butt and Khawaja Muhammad Imran filed their candidature in Corporate Class of the Association.
Central leaders of Awaz Group Asim Raza Ahmad, Liaquat Ali Khan, Mian Riaz and others were also present while filing the nomination papers here on Tuesday. Group Leader Awaz Group, Asim Raza Ahmad, while talking to media persons said that as no one had filed nomination papers against their candidates so his group would emerge victorious like last many years.
