The PPP candidate in NA-120 Faisal Mir said the PML-N has engaged goons and gangsters from all across the Punjab to harass voters therefore the PPP would soon demand deployment of army in the constituency. He was addressing a press conference here on Friday.
"A large number of PML-N workers are joining PPP and the PML-N gangsters are creating hurdles in this process. I have filed an application with the CCPO for deployment of police at each office of the PPP," he added. On this occasion, Khurram Gujjar, who is son of a sitting PML-N councilor, said he was being threatened by the PML-N gangsters to close the PPP office. Gujjar has left the PML-N and opened an election office of the PPP at old Anarkali.
