Shaheen Air International (SAI) has started its post hajj operations to fly back 49,000 hajj pilgrims from Jeddah and Madinah via 222 dedicated flights. According to official details, after successfully transporting the highest number of Hujjaj this year for the annual pilgrimage of Hajj, the operations to bring back pilgrims have commenced from Jeddah and Madinah on Wednesday.
The Shaheen Airlines will bring 49,000 Hujjaj back from Jeddah and Madinah via 222 flights - 69 flights to Karachi, 29 to Lahore, 30 to Islamabad, 30 to Peshawar, 30 to Faisalabad, 32 to Quetta and two flights to Multan under its post hajj operations. Last year, Shaheen Air was awarded with a certificate of appreciation and award of excellence by the Directorate General of Hajj, Pakistan over successful completion of its Hajj operations in the year 2015.
