Budding romance: Kartik Aaryan looking forward to date Sara Ali Khan after her proposal

Before her upcoming debut in Bollywood with ‘Kedarnath’, Saif Ali Khan’s daughter Sara Ali Khan has made her first appearance onscreen on ‘Koffee with Karan’, where the star kid appeared with her father and won hearts of many viewers.

Even before the release of the episode, the teaser started making headlines with the actor saying that she wants to marry Ranbir Kapoor and date Kartik Aaryan.

During the Rapid Fire segment of the show, Karan asked Sara, "An actor you would like to date?” to which she said, “I want to marry Ranbir Kapoor. I don't want to date him. I want to date Kartik." Sara also insisted KJo to take her date proposal for Kartik.

When Kartik was asked about Sara's statement on the red carpet of the Lux Golden Rose Awards after the show aired, he at first was surprised and then started blushing. "I don't know what to say but I think she is really pretty. I am looking forward to have a coffee with her,” he said with a huge smile.

Kartik did not seem to believe Sara said she wanted to date him, as he asked twice when did the actress say this.
