pti-rally-swabi-attackKARACHI: Unknown men hurled two hand grenades and opened fire on a police van following a PTI rally in Swabi, the media reported on Friday.

According to media reports, at least four police officials were among the ten injured in the incident.

Meanwhile, it was learnt that the area has been cordoned off and bomb disposal squad has reached the site.

Talking to the media, PTI chairman Imran Khan said he was unhurt and safe, and added, the attack occurred after he had left the rally

Police also opened retaliatory fire following the blasts.
