The PIAF-Founders Alliance at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has made clean sweep by winning all the seats of the LCCI Associate Class for the year 2017-18. As many as 3,342 votes were polled out of total 8,808 votes while 28 votes were rejected due to technical reasons. PIAF-Founder Alliance got 1,795 panel votes while the Lahore Businessmen Front got 869 panel votes.
The PIAF-Founders Alliance candidates Fahimur Rehman got 2,253, Muhammad Hanif 2,162, Muhammad Chaudhry 2,149, Kaleem Ahmed 2,098, Chaudhry Aurangzeb 2,100, Zafar Iqbal 2,096, Dr Shahid Raza 1980 while Lahore Businessmen Front candidates Amjad Chaudhry got 1,238, Mian Javed Ali 1,171, Usman Ghani 1,060, Sajid Aziz Mir 1,025, Shahzad Aslam 982, Muhammad Javed 1,037, Raja Hassan Akhter got 1,014 votes. It is pertinent to mention here that PIAF-Founders Alliance has already secured eight seats of Corporate Class unopposed.
