Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of price hiking by some vegetable vendors and instructed the Provincial Cabinet Committee for Price Control to take immediate steps to provide vegetables at the appropriate price to the people. He said members of the Cabinet Committee should visit Markets to review prices and make sure that there isn't any compromise on quality as well. "I will not let the illegal profiteers and hoarders exploit the masses and won't tolerate any unfair hike in prices," the CM said in a message from London on Sunday.
