Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) President and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has said that heinous conspiracy of Nawaz Sharif to undermine army and judiciary will fail.
Addressing gathering of thousands of people coming from every district and area on the occasion of death anniversary of Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Shaheed here on Monday, he said that Shahbaz Sharif and Rana Sanaullah are accused of massacre in Model Town, Lahore. "If they are punished then in future nobody will dare to shed blood of innocent civilian," said Shujaat.
In his address, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain further said he has not seen such bad time in Pakistan till now, as for personal ego Nawaz Sharif tried to do every such work which was in his favor and against the country. He said everywhere slogans of Go Nawaz Go Nawaz are being chanted, slogans of "Chor, Chor" have also been raised in Masjid-e-Nabvi, what more insult than this can be. "If he [Nawaz] is not bothered about himself, then he should at least think about his late father," said PML-Q chief.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that Supreme Court and the Army are two such institutions on which no pride is enough but Nawaz tried his level best to defame both these institutions. He said Supreme Court deserves due appreciation for withstanding everything with courage. "I am predicting today that new days are coming and circumstances will change soon," he said.
Chaudhry Pervez Elahi, in his address said jangla bus which was made in China at Rs 48 crore per kilometer and in India 25 crore per kilometer, has been made in Lahore at Rs 1.10 billion per kilometer and in Islamabad at Rs two billion per kilometer. A report of World Bank has said that Shahbaz Sharif has utilized 63 percent of Punjab budget only in Lahore due to which rest of the province is victim of deprivation.
"My heart believes that when we will gather next year to observe death anniversary of Zahoor Elahi Shaheed, then the circumstances of Pakistan would have changed because destruction (dharan takhta) takes place suddenly." He said people will get rid of these oppressive rulers forever. "I appeal to you while casting vote, particularly differentiate between who is your friend and who is not."
Addressing the crowd, Chaudhry Zaheeruddin said both Nawaz and Shahbaz are responsible for Model town tragedy. He lauded the services of Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi for democracy. On the occasion, participants chanted slogans in support of Shaheed-e-Jamhooriyat Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi.
