Tanvir Ahmed Sufi has been elected unopposed Chairman Pakistan Soap Manufacturers Association. Member FBR Customs, Zubair Khokhar and business dignitaries were also present. Speaking on the occasion Tanvir Ahmed Sufi stressed the need for simplification of FBR policies so that non-filers could pay their taxes without fear. He said the main reason for people to stay out of tax net is the fear of tax system. Secondly all harsh laws which shake confidence of tax payers should be modified, Sufi suggested.
He suggested that we should also avoid a state of competition between industries of Pakistan and China by giving different kind of incentives. Member FBR Customs, Zahid Khokher assured the business community of all kind of support to genuine demands of the industry.
