Two people died when an over speeding passenger bus hit a motorcycle here on Monday. Rescue sources said a reckless driven passenger bus knocked down a motorcycle carrying two people near Saddar area of the metropolis. Both motorcycle riders died on the spot in the accident while the bus driver fled the scene.
The bodies were shifted to hospital for postmortem. The police impounded the bus and after registering a case against the driver at large, started raids for his arrest.
