A review board comprising three judges of Supreme Court will meet today to decide about extension in detention of Jamatud Dawa's (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed his aides and about 40 foreigners. The federal government sought extension in their detention for another 30-day.
Home department will produce Hafiz Saeed his aides Prof Malik Zafar Iqbal, Abdur Rehman Abid, Qazi Kashif Hussain and Abdullah Ubaid and foreign prisoners belonged to various countries including India, Bangladesh, Kenya, South Africa and other countries. The foreigners had been arrested for various crimes including illegal border crossing and narcotics smuggling.
