Pakistan People's Party Spokesman Ch Manzoor has condemned the rumpus inside the accountability court hearing corruption case against the Sharif family. The incident took place during the appearance of Mariam Nawaz Sharif on Friday.
He said the PMLN leadership has started intimidating courts instead of contesting corruption cases against it. The PML-N workers had also attached the Supreme Court earlier when it had summoned Nawaz Sharif. The honorable judges had no option but to flee away in order to save their lives at that time, he recalled.
He said the ruling party has repeated the history of high-handedness and forced a judge of the court to leave his seat. "The PML-N has once again proved itself 'godfather' as mentioned by a Supreme Court judge in the Panama case judgment." He lamented over the absence of law and order in the country and blamed Nawaz Sharif for pushing the country to anarchy.
