DG Rangers Sindh Major General Mohammad Saeed called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Friday at CM House to discuss the ongoing targeted operation in the city. On this occasion CM praised the law enforcement agencies (LEA) for co-ordinated security arrangements during Muharram in Sindh, especially in Karachi where beside 1000 Majalis and mourning processions, thousands of foreigners from 30 countries were attending Bohra Jamaat sermons.
The chief minister also discussed the security arrangements to be made for PSL cricket matches in February 2018. DG Rangers told the chief minister that the security head of PCB had met him to discuss the standard of security PCB is looking for. "No issue, the special security arrangements would be made as per PCB's standards and requirements," he said.
