Khursheed enquires after journalist's health

Leader of Opposition in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah, on Saturday visited journalist Ahmad Noorani, who is under treatment at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) after suffering an assault by unidentified attackers in the federal capital. On this occasion, the opposition leader condemned the attack on the journalist and urged the government and authorities concerned to arrest the culprits immediately.
He said that a transparent inquiry should be conducted into the incident. He said that such incidents must not be tolerated any further. The senior leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) was accompanied by party Senator Rubina Khalid during his visit.
