Financial accounts CDC extends date of submission

The Central Depository Company has announced one month extension for submission of annual audited financial statements for the year FY17. As per regulations 6.8.3 of the CDC Regulations, timeline for submission of annual audited financial statement or audited certificate for the year ended June 30, 2017 was October 31, 2017.
Considering the practical issues raised by various TREC Holders participants due to non-finalization of financial statements by the statuary auditors, CDC has decided to extend the date for submission of financial statements or audited certificates till November 30th, 2017.
