Terra Energy will take on Newage in the Seasons Canola Polo Cup 2017 final to be played here at the Lahore Polo Club (LPC) on Sunday (today) at 3:00 pm. The two finalists Terra Energy and Newage are ready to give out their best to win the final. Terra Energy team consists of Frasat Ali Chatha, Ahmed Bilal Riaz, Shah Qublai Alam, Ghulam Mustafa Monnoo while Newage teams comprises Alman Jalil Azam, Syed Hasan Abbas, Adnan Jalil Azam and Shah Shamyl Alam.
The subsidiary final will be contested between Diamond Paints and Guard Group at 2:00 pm. Guard Group team has Ali Elahi, Haris Haroon Malik, Taimur Ali Malik and Taimur Mawaz Khan in it while Diamond Paints team includes Abdullah Dawood, M Usman Malik, Mir Huzaifa Ahmad and Omar Asjad Malhi.
Lahore Polo Club president Irfan Ali Hyder has said that both the finalists have played quality polo and contested well throughout the tournament to qualify for the main final. "I hope both the teams will utilize all their skills and experiences to make the final of this tournament thrilling and remarkable and also provide the spectators ample opportunities to enjoy the final with great pleasure."
