Government-run schools: PA seeks domicile of each local student in Landi Kotal
The political administration of Landi Kotal asked the headmasters and principals of government-run schools to make domicile of every single local student studying in the institutions from nursery to class 10th. In this connection a meeting of headmasters and head teachers of the schools was convened in Jirga hall Landi Kotal last day which was attended by a large number of tribal elders.
Assistant Political Agent (APA) Landi Kotal, Niaz Muhammad who presided over the meeting said that on the strict direction of Additional Chief Secretary (ASC), the top official of Fata Secretariat, the fresh rule had been introduced in the educational institutions.
He said three-day deadline have been set by the high officials and for the purpose, the Fata Secretariat will provide required domicile forms to every schools. However he added the Afghan refugees would be exempted of the process. APA also urged the tribal elders to extend their full support regarding verification process with staff members of the schools to meet the deadline.
