Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that the government of PML-N has successfully brought the country out of the darkness and written new history with hard-work by wiping out dimness of two decades. "The Nation will always remember this historical accomplishment of PML-N and the efforts to complete energy projects will be written in golden letters in history he added.
The CM expressed these views while talking to a delegation of PML-N in London. He said our government has set-up many power plants from its own resources while China being a great friend has also co-operated a great deal in this regard. CPEC is a great project of development and prosperity of Pakistan which is a game changer and after completion, this will not only change the destiny of Pakistan but the whole region, he claimed.
The CM said that development projects are being completed swiftly under CPEC and it has opened the doors of foreign investment in Pakistan; also Chinese investment of billions of rupees in Pakistan has created various opportunities of employment for the people of Pakistan. He said the nation will never forgive the people who are pushing the country into darkness by hindering voyage of progress; they want solutions to their problems and prosperity of country and same is agenda of government of PML-N. He said that the defeated elements who are pampered with negative politics have tried to halt the journey of development through their sit-ins which was a bare enmity with the nation for personal interest as these sit-ins have caused undue delay in energy projects.
The Chief Minister further said that our astute people have rejected these sit-in trend setters which are a proof that they don't want chaos in the country but only development and prosperity.
