The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has constituted a pension cell for facilitation and resolution of the issues of SECP pensioners. According to an office order issued by the SECP here on Monday, in light of the directions of the Senior Advisor (Law)/Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis, Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman)'s Secretariat, Islamabad, pension cell has been constituted for facilitation and resolution of the issues of SECP's Pensioners.
Muhammad Mubbashar Hassan, Additional Director-HRD, would be the chairman of the Pension Cell, while Ibrar Saeed, Joint Director-PLAD/ Special Public Prosecutor, Tariq Jamal Malik, Additional Joint Director C&B/HRD, Babar Majeed Rathor, Additional Joint Director/Secretary Funds, and Waheed ur Rehman, Assistant Director-HRD, will be its members.
For any pension related issue, pensioners may contact the chairman and members of Pension Cell from 10:00am to 12:00 pm (Monday to Friday). In pursuance of the Senior Advisor (Law)/Grievance Commissioner for Overseas Pakistanis, Wafaqi Mohtasib (Ombudsman)'s Secretariat, Islamabad, letter No 4 (8) Reports /SL/WMS/2016 dated February 16, 2016 and in partial modification of Office Order dated April 21, 2016, the competent authority of the SECP has constituted the said Pension Cell for facilitation of SECP's pensioners and resolution of their issues.
