Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry (HCSTSI) has urged the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan to ensure maximum facilities to exporters so that exports could be enhanced.
A delegation of the HCSTSI led by Muhammad Akram Ansari, which called on Director TDAP Abdul Kareem Memon and other officials at the consultative session in connection with the formulation of strategic Trade Policy Framework (STPF) 2018-2023 organised by the TDAP at a local hotel, here on Monday, presented its proposals in this connection.
The Director TDAP briefed the delegation about measures being taken by the government to enhance trade activities and strengthen the economy of the country under a comprehensive policy.
The HCSTSI delegation emphasised the withdrawal of regularity duty and demanded timely inspection of goods at ports so that importers and exporters could face no inconvenience in carrying out their business activities.
