Mega Conglomerate (Private) Limited has shown its intention to acquire substantial shareholding of Dewan Cement Limited and start due diligence. "We intend to allow them to start the due diligence and if any material development takes place, we will communicate to the Pakistan Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan," the company said.
